The purpose of this corporation, which is a non-profit membership corporation chartered in the State of Ohio, shall be to perpetuate the name of the 12th Armored Division, and to preserve said organization in corporate form; to further patriotism, and uphold and maintain the constitution and laws of the United States of America; and to provide an agency through which its members may promote the values for which they fought in World War II; to commemorate the memories of their fallen comrades; and enjoy the companionship of those still with us, so long as it is the will of the Almighty that such companionship be enjoyed.
